An interesting history this model MAB stands for Manufacture d'Armes de Bayonne and was made (in.32) from 1933 till 1963. This is an interesting French MAB Brevete Model D chambered in 7.65mm aka.32 acp. It appears to have very tiny Nazi markings on the barrel (as viewed by the ejection port) and on the right side of the frame. ![]() I have french MAB pistol, marked 'Pistolet Automatique cal 7.65 MAB Brevete Modele D' on the left side of the slide. The back side of both mags had metal split, They maybe unusable. ![]() Both magazines were so badly crushed and bent at the feed lips they could not be inserted into the gun.
